Join us for the ultimate pairing…whiskey infused into your favorite dishes! Get ready for your next BBQ on the grill or in your own kitchen by learning how to give each dish a kick in the a** with whiskey as the base ingredient. We will also teach some mixology with our favorite seasonal whiskey cocktails!

  • Honey Whiskey Flambeed Shrimp with a Habanero Mango Dipping Sauce

  • Bourbon & Brown Sugar Glazed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

  • Tipsy Sweet Potatoes with Crusted Pecans and Marshmallows

  • Grilled Rib-Eye Steaks with a Bourbon Cream Mushroom Sauce

  • To Drink: Cocktails and Wine!

*Classes are hands-on. Each class includes never-ending wine (or cocktails!) and so much food that students can bring home leftovers!
