Let the Parade Begin!! Join us as we cook down Bourbon Street, starting with the classics and moving our way down to eating succulent shrimp right off of the table! This Creole menu will get your heart and stomach pounding to the beat of the drums. 

  • Crispy Fried Zucchini with Homemade Buttermilk Ranch

  • Bag of Prawns boiled in a Zesty Lemon Pepper Sauce

  • Cajun Chicken and Andouille Sausage Jambalaya

  • Homemade Beignets Sprinkled with Sugar and Cocoa

  • To Drink: Red & White Wine

*Classes are hands-on. Each class includes never-ending wine (or cocktails!) and so much food that students can bring home leftovers!
