  • Eggs en Cocotte with Smoked Salmon & Chives

  • Sweet Potato Hash

  • Sweet Cream Cheese and Berry Stuffed French Toast

  • Bacon, bacon, and of course more bacon!

  • To Drink: Peach Bellinis & Mimosas!

*Classes are hands-on. Each class includes never-ending wine (or cocktails!) and so much food that students can bring home leftovers!
