Ouzo, spanakopita, gyros...nuf said! Join us for this fun and festive class and learn how to make one of the most flavorful cuisines in the world. Who knows, we may even break some dishes! Opa!
- Mezes: Greek cheese plate with garlic bread and olives served with Ouzo to drink
- Spanakopita: Fillo triangles filled with spinach, feta, green onions, pepper and dill
- Gyros: Spiced lamb topped with tomatoes and onions served in pita bread
- Tzatiki: Greek yogurt, dill, garlic, shredded cucumbers, vinegar and extra virgin olive oil
- Seafood Souvlaki: Shrimp, swordfish, onions, green peppers, marinated and grilled on a skewer
- Moussaka: Eggplant baked with ground beef, onions, tomatoes and topped with a creamy yogurt sauce
